For intelligent measurement, often combined with ultrasonic sensors, pressure sensors are used to measure pressure in water pipes, gases and liquids in general.
A very interesting application is in agriculture, to determine the quantity of water used for irrigation.
They are also used in the houses to measure the pressure inside the pipes.
